The unit is beautiful and impeccably clean, a nice and inspired renovation where everything is new, and still keeping its local identity. Youness is a wonderful host, always happy to help if you need anything. The location was perfect for me, very close to medina.

Safe neighborhood. 10min walk from Supratour bus. 3min walk to medina. 5min walk to the beach. Lively area to mingle with the locals. Some coffee powder / tea and hair dryer would be appreciated. A bit cold in January but heater was provided upon request

The riad dar Awil was the second at during my trip and it did set up expectations for the others. The service from the personal is excellent. They are polite, professional and made sure I have a quick check in and a comfortable stay. Rooms were super clean, the hotel seems to be new, the design was super cozy. Breakfast was great. The room Was modern and v clean and the apartment was located v close to the centre of the nedina area. View from the terrace was super and a fab place to enjoy the super homemade breakfast.

The best thing about the Villa are the hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location is very quiet and relaxing but it’s easy to get to busier areas for dinner etc
