For us Saracen bay resort was the best place to stay on the island. Our bungalow in the first row offered direct access to the beautiful beach that we almost had for ourselves as the island was not that crowded. The staff stepped out of their way to make our stay an amazing experience. Especially Hong was so helpful, always friendly and a perfect host. The beach was always clean although a lot of rubbish was washed ashore - not the hotels fault...The staff cleaned the beach every morning. The food in the restaurant was delicious - breakfast can be ordered a la carte and is not included. Along the beach are a lot of other options in case you'd like to try another restaurant.

Sunset beach is a gorgeous place on Koh Rong Sanloem and Sun Boo a glimpse of paradise. The staff are the most lovely and accomodating, the dorm was comfortable, everything perfectly clean. Yoga sessions in the morning were really enjoyable and the food and cocktails outstanding. Also thanks for keeping me hydrated the whole day (and before the night!) and for making the effort to run the place as sustainably and free of plastic as possible. I'll dream of the cheesecake cocktail for days to come.

The atmosphere there was amazing. A place that didn't have the commercial feeling, and where the passion for this place and its nature nurtured by the owner is noticeable in everything surrounding the place. Not as massive and un-personal as some of the other resorts on the island. A real admirable achievement to run a place in this way with the perfect balance between company and feeling as an actual guest The staff is very friendly and approachable. Feel that the conditions working there attract talented and open employees who are very capable in doing their job with a healthy work-life balance.

Awesome staff which runs this place professionally and while doing so, spreads a great vibe, creating a very special, relaxed atmosphere (thank you Fred, Darwin and Flo!) Our tent was positioned so close to the sea that the sound of the braking waves was deafening, bestowing us with the best night‘s sleep ever.

Sok Touch who run the hotel was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient!!! He booked for us the transfers from Battambang to Koh Rong Sanloem and to Phnom Penh which were carried out with great punctuality and professionalism. The place where the hotel is located is the quietest in Saracen Bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast , lunch or dinner at Coco Restaurant are highly recommended.

The bbq food it served was great. The tents are hot during the day but cool when the sun goes down and it isn't to hot to sleep in. There was a fan in the tent but we didnt use it. Tents are quite luxuary and roomy. Bathrooms are cleaned often eventhough the showers are in the same rooms as the toilet. The host is great and has good tips
