This hotel was one of the best for sure. I went with my mom, dad, sis, my husband and my son. We stayed at the two bedrooms apartment and it had everything a family would ask for (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The staffs were friendly and very helpful as well. Bonus point- my room had a laundry machine and you could ask for a pack of detergent at the front desk

The breakfast was perfect! they placed our breakfast in front of our room. Consisted of Warm cream soup, granolas, yoghurt, salad, fresh croissants and muffins. LOVELY!

OK for one person.
Poorly stocked, no condiments or basics at all.
Key not in keybox as was instructed, had to wait outside with luggage until someone brought it.
Location is ok, quiet but near the station.

Bathtub was really big, we liked it a lot ! The massage chair was also very good ! We didn't use it, but the "toy" was a nice touch. I also liked being able to smoke in the room.

Ver friendly staff went above and beyond. When a typhoon was approaching, they immediately asked us if we wanted to stay longer than originally booked. 7 min walk from Otsuka stations, rigth next to an area with 7/11s, supermarkets and various restaurants.

Great small flat with everything you need or even more! Everything was like new and perfectly clean. The area is also great, loads of shops, restaurants, cinema, 7/11, Family Mart literally 5 within a minute walk. Thank you for such a jice stay 🥰🙇
