Loved my stay in this hotel, bigger than all the rooms I have stayed in Japan, rooms have all the necessary equipment, breakfast is tasty and lots of options to chose from even for someone who is a picky eater like me. I was a bit confused with the AC as everything is in Japanese (understandably), when I called the desk, they immediately came to help me sort it. Super kind staff, and they try to help you at all costs. I took the limousine bus with 2 big suitcases by myself, and it was super easy, it is very close to the hotel. Hotel desk helped me with timetables and bus stop location.
The hotel is perfectly located near multiple shopping malls and near the metro.
