The hotel is situated in the centre where all the activities in Trieste happens. It is close to numerous restaurants, shops and many beautiful architectural buildings. The rooms are modern and all white, with everything one might need. The bar fridge cools water and beverages very well. The reception staff is very helpful and informative about the area.

Everything about Savoia Excelsior was perfect - from central location (next to Piazza Unità d'Italia) to exceptional service provided in the hotel. Very generous breakfast too, with choices of fresh fruit and delicious cakes. I will definitely stay again!

The host was so responsive and kind! She went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable. Everything was clean and the room was modern and spacious. We stayed here overnight before our cruise and the location is the best because the cruise ship is right across the street and the train station is walking distance! There are so many delicious restaurants around and the surroundings are beautiful! Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience in Trieste!
