The location was perfect, quiet, and close to the city walls, restaurants, and sights. Breakfast was very good, and we had a wide variety of sweet and savory food. The hotel offers a complimentary aperitivo, which was terrific after a long day's travel. We arrived by train, but the hotel has a parking lot and electric vehicle charging stations. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Lucca.

A hotel with character, all the decoration and utensils are very tasteful. Comfortable and spacious room, very good bed and pillows; bathroom too. Very good breakfast. Wi-Fi fully working. Fabrizio and his colleagues are extremely helpful and kind. The best option in Lucca, I presume.

Great location, in the center of the old town, but at the calm and quiet street. Very nice hotel - you can feel the atmosphere of old italian city. Nice and clean rooms. Really great breakfast! But the priceless is staff - they make you feel very good and taken care of :)

A gem of a find. The location, the quality of the apartment and cleanliness. A lovely apartment where I chose to extend my stay in Lucca. Within walking distance from the station, approx 15 mins with luggage in tow. Andre was especially welcoming and offered to assist with my luggage to the 2nd floor apartment. Andre made himself available if we needed him.
We would return without hesitation.
