Awesome place! Absolutely can recommend it for leisure travel, and definitely, that was not my last time there. Service is completely touchles, all needs are adres only after one what's up message withe the landlord.was surprised to see that the apartment offer even underground garage for the car.

Amazing Stay in Trepalle! Everything about our stay was excellent. The host was incredibly accommodating, meeting us ahead of time to hand over the keys at our request, which was very convenient. The place was immaculate—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, making cooking a pleasure. The apartment is brand new, and everything—from the furniture to the bed and linens—is of good quality. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from the balcony, as Trepalle sits even higher than Livigno city, offering stunning scenery. During our stay, we experienced heavy snowfall, and the property's caretaker went above and beyond, helping us put chains on our tires while ensuring the roads were constantly cleared for guests' convenience. We later learned that the house is managed by a wonderful couple, both of whom were extremely kind and helpful.

Beautiful, cosy, comfortable apartment with stunning view. The hosts made every provision for our privacy, so we felt like we were in our own home. The biggest surprise was the mountain spring water in the courtyard. We will definitely come back again.

The breakfast is outstanding, there are a great variety of cold cuts, cheese, freshly baked rolls, sweeties, corn flakes, etc. The room is comfortable, but not too large. Unfortunately our rooms were right under the restaurant so I could hear all the early wakers pulling their chairs at 7 a.m. The view on the valley from the window was magnificent at sunrise.

A Magical Stay in Livigno! This cozy house in Livigno was an absolute dream! Combining alpine charm with modern comfort, it was impeccably clean, well-equipped( everything you need), and perfectly located—close to ski lifts-just 2minutes with car, have a shop to the house, yet peaceful and relaxing. the mountain views from the windows were amazing . The hosts were fantastic—friendly and attentive, making the stay seamless. Whether for skiing or a summer getaway, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended!
