Staff are brilliant, polite and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful enterence and lobby. Everything you need in the room. It was quiet despite being next to the lifts and bed was very comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Vasant Vihar. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare my own meals. The location is excellent—safe, peaceful, and close to the airport and embassies. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi!

From Reception to Restaurant, the staff was polite and professional, they were taking care of each customer with same zest. The beautiful Christmas Decoration was a big plus because we stayed in other hotels also and there it wasnt that good. There was very good security which I dont see usually. It was a comfy and peaceful stay.

The house is really lovely but the family who own and live in it are just beautiful. They make you feel like it is your home. Super comfortable bed too! Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Location was great I walked to many places from here on my own and felt very safe.

We had an excellent stay at Zaza, which exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful bathroom and stunning balcony. The decoration from the lounge to the room was gorgeous, western style, looks like a mini art museum. Breakfast was superb. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Mr. Manoj is very kind and responsive, excellent service. Location: near railway station but still quiet, chilling with many trees around. Would highly recommend for anyone plan to visit Delhi.
