The hotel is very central, close to the metro and train station. The staff is super efficient, they quickly took care of every ask and gave great suggestions to visit the city. They even prepared our room in a heartbeat to allow us to checkin early, a life saver after a long, sleepless flight. Big plus is the presence of the restaurant in the building, we loved the food and the service. All in all we couldn't have asked for anything better, highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and chic , near marine drive and lot of shops , with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable with all we needed. The staff helped us a lot during our stay in India and arranged everything we needed to visit Kerala. the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and traditional food.

You will not find another place like this in Kochi considering cost x quality x location. Room cleaning is probably one of the best I took in India. The manager is a great person, always available to help, give instructions and guidance. Cup of coffee/tea in the morning exceeded any expectation.
