In particular, I would like to commend Mr. Devanand Pareva from the concierge team for his outstanding support and attention to detail. His professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay. From arranging restaurant reservations and managing table preferences, to helping me find tennis lessons and identifying suitable fitness centers, he handled every request with efficiency, kindness, and care. His knowledge of both the hotel and the local area was incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
While all the staff at ITC Narmada demonstrated a high level of hospitality and excellence, Devanand’s service stood out as truly exceptional. Please extend my warm congratulations to him and convey my gratitude for going above and beyond.
