I would say what stands out the most is the incredible staff and the customer service that they provide. I had feedback/complaint about the few things and they handle it all really well and thats what matters, they truly made us feel like home.

Experience with Alila was excellent. Service and hospitality was wonderful.
When I arrived at the lobby, staff serve my check in at the seats where I cld be comfortable. They were also thoughtful and meticulous in their customers need knowing that I’ll be celebrating my birthday, prepared a birthday cake for me.
Hotel activities I attended were the bike tour and yoga. The bike tour was enjoyable as we get to ride around the neighborhood safety with much insights from the guide.
The facilities were amazing, the infinity pool is right infront of the sea and the contrast just looks amazing with the service you get from the staff.
When my friend fell sick, staff were all very attentive and helped as much as they cld including going the extra mile to get medicine for us and we are grateful for that.
We will highly recommend this hotel for a high quality stay definitely worth it. I would come back again.

How do I love thee, let me count the ways!
- Excellent location. On the main road yet completely tucked away. All the villas are at the back and very private. Restaurants, bars and money exchanges all within walking distance.
- The villas are all phenomenal. Excellent pool with decks on either side to lounge on.
- The room is quite large with a tucked away dressing and bathroom, which isn’t directly visible from the room. Shower is excellent and great water pressure.
- Generous breakfast is provided in the room each morning based on the order received the previous evening.
- All the staff are super helpful and always have a smile on their face.
- Very good value for money
