The room was immaculate and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, especially Ferli and the team. Since the hotel is near a busy street, we requested a quiet room and were given one at the back, which was very peaceful and allowed us to rest comfortably. Breakfast was always perfect and the pool was OK.

Remarkable location in the middle of Kuta, but despite this, it was quiet and serene. Wonderful villa with a private pool. The staff were considerate, very welcoming and professional. It’s a shame we didn’t stay longer to maximise the use of the outdoor cooking area in the private villa as well! The breakfast options were superb.

We can rent a bicycle free , but the location is very convenient to go around Kuta beach on foot. I stayed at this hotel 3 nights and everday got 2 bottoles water free and room cleaning service. The best of this hotel is staff! They are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The spa next to this Hotel is also nice!
