Amazing location, about 20 mins walk to the grad (city center). The rooms are nice and clean, with good view of the ocean. The best sunsets. And most importantly, the breakfast was just amazing. The parkig is also good and accessible even for bigger cars. In january the prices were much more affordable and definitely worth the price

We were a group of 6 ladies travelling together. We rented 2 apartments for our 3-day stay in Dubrovnik. The apartments were lovely - very clean, very spacious, well equipped (the washing machine was a bonus after our cycling challenge) and very well located to enjoy the local beach and restaurants. It was very easy to get into Dubrovnik Old Town and an easy taxi ride to the airport. There was a local bus stop right outside the apartment to get into town. The supermarket and bakery downstairs were very useful for supplies and so convenient. There are some lovely bars and cafe's in the area. The ladies in the reception office were so friendly and very attentive to our needs. We had a great stay!

Everything was perfect. To be honest I booked the room in the morning for two nights and from the pictures I was like we stay only two days and it has parking. The place is very very nice, the garden has a very nice vibe and the room is very comfortable. When you go out if you go left 1 min is a supermarket and if you go right 1 min is a street with a lot of restaurants. If I go back to Dubrovnik one day for sure I will go back. Thank you!

The host is a wonderful person. The location is almost in sweet spot between The Old Town and beaches on the opposite side. Even though the place is not directly in the center (and it's a good thing as long as you don't like crowd of tourists), there are some services in the hood: a bakery, a couple of bars, a restaurant, a medicine, convinient store.

Hotel well located on the edge of the centre. Easy parking and attractive terrace with bar to the front. It is a short walk along the river into the centre, beside one of two waterfalls here. The room was well presented, very clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains great - we have been travelling for 2 weeks and had our best night's sleep here. The staff were excellent - always happy to help and engaging.
