The friendly and attentive staff. Welcoming drink was champagne. We had a stench issue with the room that we booked and we were immediately upgraded to a suite, an initiative from the hotel ! Thank you Rixos. The indoor pool and spa facilities for guests were amazing. Breakfast was superb.

Stanka was incredibly nice and very helpful during our stay at Apartments Monica. At arrival, the most necessary stuff was already provided in the refrigerator and the owner brought towels every (other) day. The room was very good, with a full kitchen, a cozy bathroom with a very nice shower, and an amazing view of the sea and the mountains. On our departure, Stanka thanked us for our stay and even gave us some souvenirs to take home.

It’s absolutely impossible to say what we liked the most because everything was unbelievebly perfect! Since we arrived at the reception with Mr. Antonio checking us In and Mr. Marin explaining us everything about Dubrovnik, the tour of the Villa’s facilities. Firstly the staff were so lovely. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome. The hotel is stunningly furnished, exclusive but not formal and spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and the choice is amazing and all the food is of the highest quality. The swimming pool is gorgeous with the most comfy sun beds I have ever used.

The rooms were clean and cozy. The whole apartment is beautiful, with a front terrace and a big balcony in the back. The host was very nice. If you want to go to the beach there is one close by- 10 minutes walking. 20 minutes to the old town. Would definitely recommend.
