Check in was smooth and they allowed us to check in early by 11 as our flight landed very early. Concierge gave us places we could walk to in order to get breakfast. Helpful with tourist attractions and how to get there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their shampoo and conditioner was amazing, my girlfriend loved it and the staff was friendly enough to find out for us which brand it was. Hotel itself is clean and the rooms are very nice and modern. The location is good too. If I were to go to Hong Kong again I would definitely come back here.
