This room was fantastic and the host was both kind and accommodating. The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. All necessities were there - USB plugs, hair drier, bath robe. Extra heater in case one runs cold. Great value.

the staff were friendly and very nice and helpful. the food was great, an English breakfast very good. the room was big and clean, the bathroom was very nice and clean, the wifi was very good, i could work very well and i didn't have problems. also i could watch netflix and it was good.

Great hotel, the family room was amazing and spacious, with a really good bedding, and a great bath. The location is very convenient, just a short bus ride away from the city centre (we even walked there, with a detour through Dean Village). The neighborhood is also very nice with restaurants within walking distance. Loved it, would definitely go back!

This was perfect for where we needed to be which was close to the murrayfield stadium. The flat is so nice and comfortable and the pictures on the site do not so it justice. Its so much nicer. Free parking too and haymaket station is also 15mins walk which is a 5mins trip on the train. Definitely recommend this property for a stay

Nice and clean and great price for where my concert was . The staff were lovely and when we were not able to make breakfast due to early flight he had fruit and a juice ready for us which I thought was very kind ..so thank you

My son Max and I had a magical stay at The Balmoral. The staff were just wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay extra special for Max (age 9). Our trip to Edinburgh was a special treat because he's a huge Harry Potter fan. He absolutely loved Edinburgh and all it's Potter lore but the stay in the Balmoral was by far the highlight of his trip because of how kind everyone was to us (as well as it being a beautiful luxurious hotel of course).
