It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly, breakfasts were delicious with a great amount of choice, the rooftop area was beautiful and the location was great too, it’s a great place to stay if you’re in lovely Helsinki

The best part of this hostel is that you are in the same room with 2 people max exactly, like a hotel. The most important 2 highlights: staff members and location. Staff members are the kindest and helpful of all! And the location is just 10 step from the beautiful tram (N4) station. In addition, there is a kitchen with available tools to cook meals.

Upon arrival, we were allowed to leave our luggage until it was time for check-in. Check-in and check-out is totally done solely using a tablet. We got a studio apartment and it was huge, with two arm chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker. The biggest surprise though: two huge wardrobes. The bathroom was impressive too, with beautiful tile and a superb shower. The place was impeccably clean. You can rent a hair dryer from a common service facility, using the keycard. The building had a sauna, even though we didn't use it. There were also games and movie room and a common kitchen downstairs. Cleaning is done every two days, so since we stayed for only two nights, the room wasn't cleaned (it was needed any way). The location is about 20 minutes from the main train station, but we didn't mind that. Had a couple of good night's sleep as the beds were comfy.
