This is a room on the ground floor of a house. The family lives upstairs. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is a 10-minute walk from the IFEMA exhibition center. It is located in a quiet, peaceful environment and it is safe.

It was very comfortable. The bed was great, the room was dark at night, the apartment was clean and organized. The kitchen was fully equipped so I could make my meals and go to my work event. The neighbors were quiet and also friendly, and it is a nice neighborhood. The metro was 2 minutes walk away.

Everything about my stay was excellent, including the room size, decor, and facilities. However, the cleanliness of the room was a concern; the floor was a bit dusty and had some whitewash particles. I also noticed dust on the furniture. I assume this was because the room had been opened the day before our arrival. Since I have allergies, this aspect was especially bothersome for me. Otherwise, everything else was amazing.

Excellent hotel, room is equipped as one could expect from a ****hotel. Staff was really polite, breakfast was delicious and offered a high variety of coffee, a substantial range of food & (hot and cold) drinks with buffet breakfast. Good public transport connection to town.
