Amazing hotel for couples , there is no noice on evenings and on beach . Good quality of rooms, amazing food from breakfast to dinner, good wi fi connection in the all areas, and fantastic stuff from reception to restaurants and beach stuff. The hotel facilities are very-well maintained. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious and relaxing experience. The 7 nights I stayed at the Baron Palace were one of the best times I’ve ever experienced in travelling, we booked the Standard Room, super comfortable and ALWAYS very clean, and with an amazing view over the pool and the sea. The hotel facilities are beautiful , and the service is amazing - all team members served us in a memorable good way! Thanks to the reception staff, the super kind waiters at the Red Sea restaurant (they even remembered what we wanted to drink every time!), the pool staff that were also always making sure we had everything we needed (drinks, towels,…), the animation team always so smiley. We were really surprised, we didn’t expect to be so well taken care of. I recommend it highly.

Mr Ahmed Elgammal from reception is friendly. Each staff is very good and offer support any time . Mexico food is really good. Whenever you’re lying on the beach or swimming pool, waiter ask you for drink.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! Karim the host is very approachable, English AND French are his 2nd/3rd well spoken languages. Apartment situated on 1st floor overlooking the gardens and pools below and are a stones throw away from the complexes bar and restaurant.
