We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

I visited this hotel with my son Timo, and we enjoyed our stay very much. At first, there was a small problem with the room we booked, but when we informed the reception, they immediately changed it — special thanks to Mr. Monica for the quick and professional help. The hotel is not very big, which I actually liked, and Timo had a great time in the kids’ area while I was relaxing by the beach. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Hurghada, but this one really stands out for its high standards and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great, modern apartment with all the facilities we needed! Location was also spot on, walking distance to the shops, restaurants, cafes and bakery. Apartment was on the first floor with a balcony with great view to the pool and the beach which was within 2min distance and had private restaurant/bar with friendly staff and free sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach was kept very clean and safe, water was very clean and had amazing lazur colour we did not expect! And last but not least - our host was really cool 👌🏼 We have contact through Whatsupp, got any information we asked for regarding recommended places to visit, organised trips, water sports, restaurants. He was keen to help any time and wanted to make sure our stay here is doing well. We had really great time, highly recommended! Ps. You can get easily from here to Orange Bay, Paradise Island, waterparks or try parasailing or quad riding on the desert, these places are really cool!

Super friendly and helpful host! We stayed at Mohamed's apartment and were very satisfied! The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay — everything was new, clean, and modern. I especially want to mention the host himself — he was always available, responded quickly to any questions, and was very helpful. We truly felt at home. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back again! You surely have to choose this appartment for the super host and beautiful compound!
