Type of traveler: Frequent (Europe) Apartment: Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony Duration of stay: 4 nights, mid-February Photos and description of the apartment are accurate. The place is clean (the whole building is spotless), spacious, modern and warm. It is well equipped - hairdryer, iron & an ironing board, kitchen tools and utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave (there is no traditional owen). Several small wall boards accross the apartment and building are providing useful instructions (e.g. how to use a coffee maker, clean a toaster after usage, handle the garbage, use the washer/dryer room). Or you can simply scan a QR code when you enter your apartment and download a pdf document with all this info, plus a handy guide for Prague (places to see, how to get there, ticket options, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs...) All the locks are open by electronic key or via passcode (entrance to building & apartment). I prefer this method, having had my fair share of issues with traditional locks, but this may not suit those who prefer locks with physical keys. Communication with the host went completely via email and/or Booking messages; a day before arrival I received the self check-in instructions. Again, I prefer this setup, but mentioning it for travellers who like to have staff/receptionist on the premises. Finally, the location is just right, exactly 250m from Karlínské náměstí station where you can take a tram to anywhere in Prague. Or you can walk: 1.3 km to Republic Square (Náměstí Republiky) 1.9 km to Old Town Square, 2 km to Wenceslas Square, 2.7 km to Charles Bridge, etc. If you go left from the building, there is only 1 km (15 mins) to National Memorial on Vítkov Hill. Žižkov Television Tower is also very close - only 1.7 km. Whatever you travel for, you will certainly enjoy staying in this apartment and Prague.

The size of the room, the comfort and the quietness. We also like the various shops and restaurants that were around us, and if we wanted more, we were in the thick of it within a 15-minute walk. The sauna/wellness room in the hotel was a bonus.....wished we had more time to use it more. Overall, it was a fabulous place to stay whilst exploring a fantastic city.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The little garden, bathed in afternoon sunlight and surrounded by plenty of strawberries, was such a lovely and unexpected surprise. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
