The staff specially Mr Chen they are always ready to help.The location also it is the best.,around the corner are the street food and there is a river where u can chill after doing some tour. I was happy i booked this hotel if i will ever go back i will book this hotel again:)

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We absolutely do not regret choosing a hotel, everything was just great. The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! Would give 11/10 if I could! Special thanks to Sonny and his wife who were lovely. The hostel was kind of empty due to off-season so I was upgraded to a private room free of charge. When I woke up late, I still got my breakfast and all the tickets were booked through by Sonny, super convenient! He also invited me to dinner one night, which was a great experience 😊

Lovely stay here in this beautiful property. Rooms were comfortable, clean, cool and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped plan our itinerary every day for trips to Zhangjiajie National Park.
