The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We reached at night and they provided clear instructions via the app on how to advise the taxi to reach the place, and waited outside for us to help with luggage.
They brought us to the town area for dinner and also to a convenience store to get drinks and snacks. They were also very generous with giving tips on itinerary and helped us plan out a route with lesser queues.
The hotel was located very near the mountain forest attraction.
Breakfast provided was really delicious and we ordered dinner from them as well.
The staff were friendly and we felt really well taken care of. I'll definitely be back again!

The owners are top notch, they organized our transportation, they made the plan for the 2 days we spent in Zhangjiajie National Park. The location is close to the entrance to the park, and to many places where you can eat.

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful.
The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back!
The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. This was walking distance (2km) to the main entrance. Rooms were big enough and clean. Great support from Rebecca in english. Reasonable breakfast and easy to agree on all you will need.

The property is very cozy. Perfect location for the national forest park. It is only 3 minutes walk to Wulingyuan Park Entrance. Great service and outstanding staff! Carol can speak very good English and helped to book the attractions and guided us for Zhangjiajie National forest park.Everything was exceptional since the welcome after booking till the check out and transportation arrangement.Highly recommended
