We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. It was a short 8 mins walk to food and Caohejing in City, a swanky mall where u can get your shopping done. The 12 mins walk to the subway station is also a pleasant one. The hotel is just next to Tencent.

The room is very exquisite and feels great. The bedding has been newly replaced, and there is also plastic packaging. It is also not far from the subway station. It takes 10 minutes to walk. There are many delicious food and many wutong trees around. The city walk is very comfortable.

Absolutely everything. Quite location, unusual type of building, cozy and chic villa, pillows and bed, Frederick Malle’s staff, restaurant with breakfast a-la cart only and small present on departure. Old money chic. Looking for soonest come back (in a week actually)

We had a great stay at Donghu. The hotel had a lot of charm, everything was clean. We had fresh water, tea and coffe everyday. We booked the business room which was spacious enough for us to stay 5 nights. The location is close to a lot of cute shops and restaurants. The metro is about a 15 min walk. I recommend to prepare some phrases in Chinese, as most of the staff doesn’t speak English. However we never had any issues, as they were very helpful.

Service staff were very helpful. Before check in, they stored our luggage then delivered it to our rooms once the room was ready. Then sent us walking guides for the neighbourhood. They were always easily contactable via wechat and answered all our questions. Location near Wukang Road, very pleasant to walk around. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are fantastic. Very comfortable; I slept so well

Excellent location for seeing Shanghai, great views and cool breezes on the 31st floor. Cafes supermarket and restaurants downstairs and subway easy level walking gets you anywhere in the city. Great hosts were very flexible on early check in. Lovely quiet location despite it being city centre

It is right at the Wukang Mansion, and very close to the train station. The host is also incredibly helpful with everything, not just the accomodation, but also helping us to get around, luggage storage and all. The room is so comfortable and clean, my family and I were incredibly happy to stay there!
