Fantastic location.. restarants just close to you...dont forget to ask the hotel for the free public transport ticket its free as long you stay in the hotel ...if u arrive in lugano central dont walk to the hotel its difficult i suffered alot by going down with my luggage..take the bus from the station

Very good service from front desk and thanks Victor for helping to park and return our car from/to the hotel entrance without us going to the carpark.
