My stay at the Royal Oak Inn has been a true blessing in disguise. After recently moving back to Toronto and having been misplaced as a result of my roommate neglecting to uphold his responsiblility to pay the rent despite my commited contribution. I also faced the misfortune of recently falling victim to identity theft, resulting in significant financial loss and the subsequent cancellation of my previous attempts to find accommodations despite my physical cards being stolen and the refusal of acceptance of digital copies on my phone of my ID, I was left feeling lost and disheartened, almost losing hope, until I stumbled upon the Royal Oak Inn.... From the very first moment, my spirits lifted. The warm welcome from The Manager Rahaman was truly heartwarming and welcoming, His friendly demeanor and genuine approach immediately put me at ease. It was the unexpected kindness and hospitality I desperately needed after such a difficult and frustrating experience. The compassionate approach exemplified the true essence of hospitality, making me feel valued and cared for during a distressing time. The service at the Royal Oak Inn has been impeccable. The staff are attentive, helpful, and always going the extra mile, making you feel like your part of the family and a sense of feeling at home. However, it was Rahaman who truly stood out. His dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident in every interaction from the beginning. He is readily available to answer your questions, provide insightful recommendations for local attractions, and has ensured the hospitality i have needed throughout my stay. Rahaman is a shining example of what every hotel needs. A truly dedicated and hard-working individual with a strong work ethic. His professional and dedicated approach, combined with his notable attention to detail and honed skills, are an invaluable asset to the hospitality industry.

The thing I like the most about this hotel is the size of the room that is bigger than a lot of 5 star hotels. The hotel keeps it simple and comfortable for its customers.

This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.
