It was exactly as described. It was good value for Melbourne and in easy reach of the city centre by regular bus and train. You can buy a Myki card from the Empire milk bar and store across the street. It was spacious and comfortable. There was everything needed to cook, including oils and condiments. There is a supermarket next to the building. There was water and snacks waiting for us and there’s a 24 hour MacDs next door which was great as we arrived at 1am. It’s only 20 mins from the airport and there is parking under the building.

Really nice location, 10$ parking is real deal. safe and quite especially the local vietnam cuisine you can't miss hopefully the price won't go much on my next arrival
