Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. As we went out for dinner, the location of the Lodge was very central, so we could just walk to the best local restaurant. The service of the host was very informative and helpful. Made the next day travel a highlight. A complementary carwash came to us just at the right time. Thank you.

Offering a restaurant, The Karoo Moon Motel is located in Barrydale. Free WiFi access is available. Each unit will provide you with private entrance, living and dining area and a courtyard. Such a fun, eclectic spot. Full of antiques. We loved it. Conveniently located beside the Diesel and Crème Restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch. Their Chia Latte was the best we have ever had. They recommended the Mez Karoo Kitchen for dinner…it was excellent as well.

Located in the suburb, only 2 kilometres from the town of Oudtshoorn, La Pension Guest House offers spacious accommodation with free Wi-Fi. What an amazing property coupled with an extremely warm hostess. She was extremely proactive and gave us loads of suggestions. We chatted for a long time over drinks.
