When they knew that we have to go to the airport early on the check-out day, they prepared us breakfast boxes.

Let me start by saying that this is obviously a two star Hotel so...keep that in mind. However the room was super big and very clean. Bed was comfy and big enough for two people. AC was working perfectly. The bathroom is big enough and was also clean. The location is great - the night market and many good restaurants are within walking distance (10 mins max) , the imperial city is also eazily reachable. The staff is also very kind and sweet, just like everywhere in Vietnam. Value for money is absolutely astonishing. We only spent a couple of hours in the hotel and used it as a starting point to explore the city so that was the best option for us.

The staff was exceptional; very knowledgeable and helpful. Laura at reception as well as the other hostesses were so friendly and had great suggestions on what to see. Emma was also great. It was a wonderful experience. The breakfast and snacks were so delicious with great service. They also stored our bags in a locked room after checkout while we were sightseeing. All around it was just lovely.
