Every inquires we have, they provide us with the useful information all the time patiently … we stayed there for three nights and all of em were amazing.. Almost forgot the breakfast is so delicious. When I first make the booking I inquired about the decoration with flowers and balloons for our anniversary thinking how much would it cost but the owner do it for free and the cake is also cheap but the taste and quality is so good ..I’m surely coming back to this hotel whenever I’m coming to Hanoi. And yeah the location is spot on ….! It’s near to almost all the tourist places

Superb location in Hanoi. Staff were all very friendly, attentive and caring. I was ill one day and they asked my partner if there was anything extra they could do to make me feel more comfortable. Highly recommend the Hanoi Pearl Hotel! You'll love it.

Lavender Central Hotel welcomes guests with refreshing orange juice, and is situated just a 3-minute walk from the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and Huc Bridge. Hotel location is super nice, close to everything. Our windows was located on the backyard side, so no noise from streets. Staff is just exceptionall, personal approach, helping with everything, and speaking good english! Room was cleaned every day, water was reffiled etc. And if you need some transfers, just ask, they propose best price and quality!
