For us the most important was that hotel has electricity and stable internet plus own shelter,which is good equipped. And big thanks for free coffee during the sirens - helped a lot)

Hotel is situated a bit on the outside of Kyiv near a park that's cool for jogging. It does sit near a major highway but I didn't hear any noise when sleeping. Has a diesel generator for dealing with power outages. Room was clean and everything was provided.

This hotel is set in the heart of Kiev, just a minute’s walk from Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square. Free Wi-Fi featured at Sunflower B&B Hotel. The Sunflower is a charming little hostel nestled into a quiet spot removed from the street. It is but a short hop away from St. Michael's Church, and a block below is Maidan. The staff goes out of their way to help where needed. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen (if you reserved this room). Coffee shops and restaurants abound within a 10-15-minute walk. What more could you ask for? This should be your destination in Kyiv.

Featuring free Wi-Fi and a terrace, this hotel is located in Kiev city, 20 minutes’ walk from Kiev Pechersk Lavra. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a kitchenette. I stayed here for 6 nights and then came back for two more. Both rooms were shining clean, very comfortable, well equipped, friendly staff, very good A/C, generator kept the lights on 24/7 even during blackouts, very good price, good location, pretty decent sound proofing

This hotel is located in the historical centre of Kyiv, 800 metres from Kyiv Central Station. Nordian Classic in Kyiv offers free Wi-Fi and classic-style rooms. My highest recommendation for this well-situated little gem. Formerly the Hermitage Hotel, it is now one floor of comfortable and nicely appointed rooms (the suite, particularly, feels like time travel back to 1890). Great bed, fridge, excellent shower etc. made for a wonderful two week stay. Easy cab rides to everywhere you want to go. Best of all is management and staff, especially Olga, Maria and the cleaning staff—professional, delightful and welcoming. Cool place and great value!
