Staff was one of the best we had ever experienced: friendly, supportive, helpful and informative, mainly about itineraries and tours, understanding our needs and offering different options.

I was surprised by the room quality - everything seems new, nicely decorated. The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean - cleaned every day. Kettle in the room, everyday bottle of water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast - variety of choices, buffet with a nice view:) The whole property is nicely decorated. I spent my evening on the terrace. I also appreciate that after my checkout, when I came pack for my backpack, I was able to take a shower and refresh before the flight, they even gave me the towel - very nice, thank you:) They arranged balloon flight - very nice, highly recommended and a green tour - also very recommended:)

Kayatas Cave Suites terletak betul-betul di tepi travertin, serta menawarkan bilik-bilik yang diukir ke dalam batu, teres yang menghadap ke bandar, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh kawasan. Sam was extremely warm, helpful and an excellent host. He was responsive to all our needs, including giving us recommendations for places in Göreme and help communicating with tour guides and shuttle drivers. We were well taken care of by Sam and the owner and I highly recommend Kayatas to singles, couples or family alike!

The place is simply perfect, with architecture that reflects the beauty and uniqueness of the region. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide comfort and an authentic atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and decorated in a style that perfectly matches the local environment. Additionally, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, with stunning landscapes that make you feel like you’re in a dream. The breakfast deserves special mention. A variety of fresh, local flavors made up a delicious meal that prepared us for exploring all the beauty that Cappadocia has to offer. We would like to give special thanks to the cleaning staff, who were absolutely impeccable. The housekeepers were discreet, efficient, and extremely attentive. Every day, we returned to an impeccably clean room, with special touches that really made us feel cared for. Their dedication is evident in every detail. We also can’t forget to mention Vedat, one of the waiters at the hotel. His friendliness, professionalism, and readiness to assist made all the difference. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help us with anything we needed. Beyond the impeccable facilities, the service was simply exemplary. The team was always ready to help with tips, organize tours, and ensure that our experience was the best it could be. The care and kindness of everyone made us feel more than just guests, but true friends. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia, we highly recommend this hotel. Surrounded by seven beautiful Fairy Chimneys, Local Cave House Hotel is centrally located in Goreme. The instalations, nice warm pool, amazing room, beautiful views, a short walk to town, great breakfast and nice people taking care of you! I would definetely return and higly recommend.

Arif Cave Hotel terletak di puncak Göreme dan menawarkan pemandangan panoramik landskap sekitarnya. Ab absolutely superb stay at Arif Cave Hotel. The hotel is at an excellent location, being one of the highest cave hotels in Cappadocia and offering a splendid view of the hot air balloons. For the instagram girlies: The sunrise carpet photos at the terrace with the balloons are beautiful, and for the husbands who carry the bags :p : the walk to the viewpoint of the balloons is literally just 2 minutes from the hotel. So its a win win all the way. The views from the balcony are unmatched. Besides all these points, i think what made our stay absolutely unmatched due to which we have recommended this location to all friends and family hoping to visit soon, was the hospitality of Mr Han. More than a host, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay as if we were family to him. He also helped us book our horse riding and hot air balloon tour, so literally there was nothing to worry about. the street with all main cafes and restaurants is a 7 min walk and the famous carpet shop for photos is a 2 min walk, Attaching some photos here for reference. The location was perfect, close to the highest location in the city to watch the balloons. You can also clearly see the balloons from multiple locations within the hotel. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the downtown shops and restaurants
