Set in Poprad, only a 10-minute drive from the High Tatras, Hotel SATEL offers rooms and apartments. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center as well as near the train station, both just a few minutes of walking away. The rooms were recently fully remodeled and therefore they are very modern, which I greatly appreciate. The walk-in style shower was probably my most favorite part of the room. The breakfast was plentiful, freshly made, continuously restocked and tasty, I especially liked the pancakes. It was already our second stay in this hotel and we will gladly come back again, the price was very good considering what we got for it.

Great location. Very friendly owners, had great chat about the old houses. The best thing was the thick walls and no need for AC on the hot day.

Located 2 km from the AquaCity Poprad Aqua Park, Penzion Restaurant Jakub is 15 km from Stary Smokovec and 30 km from Strbske Pleso in the High Tatras. Loved the decor full of character, the kind staff, the comfortable and large room, and delicious breakfast, and the walking distance into town and to the train station.

Featuring an indoor adventure miniature golf course, the only one of its kind in Slovakia, a bar, and free WiFi, Garni Hotel Tatramonti is just a 1-minute walk from the centre of Poprad and a... Better than I expected given the relatively low price. Room was large. Bathroom was nicely decorated and has above-standard equipment. There's an electric kettle. Wifi reception was good. It's further from the train station than where I usually stay in Poprad but being closer to restaurants and shop more than make up for it.
