All of the staff were helpful and friendly, you can tell they care about providing a nice experience for guests. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch

Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. Loved everything about it! The peaceful location (the opposite side of the hustle and bustle in the centre of Bled), the staff, the restaurant (Michelin 2025), the history, wall decorations, furniture, atmosphere, etc. and the magnificent view through the window to the snowy mountains and to the church island of an upgraded room!

Thank you ladies for the outstanding hospitality! Your suggestion of local sites helped us to make the most out of our short stay. The hotel has the perfect location, the Vintgar Gorge is just a few minutes of walking. Spacious room, big windows with gorgeous view over the mountains. The welcome fruit basket and chocolate was a nice touch! …We loved our stay at AMS Beagle and highly recommend it!

The owners were very friendly. At this point in our travels we needed to do laundry and they allowed us to do 2 loads. The apartment was comfortable and very clean.
