The location is great, less than 5 mints and you are inside Kaaba, many shops and resturants around, the hotel resturant amazing every thing is available in all meals, the reception Saudi guys are very very very helpful with great hosbitality attitude I can not thank them enough, its my SIX stay in this hotel.

Afraa Hotel terletak di daerah Al Aziziya di Makkah dan hanya berjarak 300 meter dari Universiti Um AlQura. Hotel ini menampilkan akses WiFi percuma. Anda boleh berkunjung ke restoran di lokasi. The staffs and front desk team were truly amazing. We expected to arrived very early in the morning and therefore booked the previous night. We however arrived a little late in the morning and the hotel offered to reduce our stay by one night (cancelling the previous night). It was such an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

Each dish was prepared with exceptional skill and attention to detail. The atmosphere of the restaurant is both elegant and inviting, providing the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The staff at Al Forno is equally attentive, ensuring every meal is a delightful occasion.

Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway is located in Jeddah. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV, a minibar and satellite channels. There is also a coffee machine. Everything was excellent. Professional & courteous staff.

Cleaner by name Kawsae&karim did there job perfectly. We felt very pleasant with having them taking care of everything, very helpful and nice people. We knew that our room would be clean and on point when we came back to the hotel, after being out in town. Hotel location was good and a lot of easily and accessible transportation in front of the hotell. Making the location first class, as well as having food and other fine shops around the hotel. After all everything was good and on point, we felt pleased with having this as our hotell, and we will recommend this hotell for anybody visiting mekkah.
