Chalet Saudade underwent a 5-year complete renovation and offers modern and comfortable accommodations, elegant living rooms with trompe l’œil frescoes and romantic gardens with antique water fountains and ponds. Rooms include tea making facilities. This was a magical place. Our room and the common areas were lovely. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station so very convenient. It had small touches that made it special. I would totally go back.

This 150 year-old residence is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool and offers view of Sintra’s Moorish Castle. All rooms are simply decorated, and some have unique bathrooms with colourfully painted tiles. Quaint property with beautiful surroundings.

Pena Palace is 2.8 km from the guest house and Quinta da Regaleira is 1.4 km away. Everything was perfect! The place was very cozy and clean, the owner of the place (Maria) was very polite and kind (we asked her for a recommendationfor a good local restaurant, and it had very good food), she let us to bring our luggage earlier. In the room we had complimentary water and tea. The breakfast was wonderful, served in a classic and beautiful way. The bathroom is private, but you have to go through the hall, it was the next door, but there were bathrobes. All the place is having very good atmosphere! The location is right next to the train station, and 10 minutes walk from the historical center. Thank you for everything, Maria! We highly recommend this place!

With mountain views, recently renovated rooms at Hotel Nova Sintra - Adults only come equipped with a satellite TV. They are all uniquely furnished with decorative headboards and antique furniture. This wasn't a hotel, it was visiting friends at their home. Excellent breakfast (have to mention as Booking asks 😁 but it was excellent of course), great location and lovely room. Above all the hosts ! So supportive and so caring. Answering my "million" questions wasn't easy 😊

The scenic town was considered a UNESCO World Heritage site. The iconic Moorish Castle is 900 metres away on foot. Sintra Train Station is 800 metres away from the property. Portela International Airport, in Lisbon, is a 27-minute drive from the Sintra1012 Boutique Guesthouse. The stay was lovely even though the weather didn’t cooperate. The hosts were commutative about location, arrivals and were accommodating with storing my bag. The basement queen suite worked out really well—the space was massive and was a nice way to spend a very rainy evening in.

Situated in the centre of Sintra, the Bliss Hotel is a designer hotel full of character, fitted with contemporary interiors. Sintra Train Station is just 140 metres away while the renowned Pena Palace is 4 km away. Breakfast was very nice and the room was great. Front desk staff was very kind and suggested sights to see while visiting. They also let us store our luggage after check out!

Historical mansion Chalet Relogio was designed by Italian architect Luigi Manini, who also planned the Escala in Milan. Under a new management and recently renovated, the hotel features rustic accommodation overlooking Sintra’s Valley and the Moorish castle. What an absolute gem and a unique experience to stay in such a place, full of heritage and history ❤️ we only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The room is super quaint and perfect for a family or group of friends and the chalet is walking distance from the center and the restaurants. The parking is also an awesome bonus as parking in Sintra is just impossible nowadays.
