Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. It was all in the details: the most wonderful stay. My only regret is not staying longer.

Nestled along the Douro River, Douro Hotel Porto Antigo. is housed in a historic building. It features an outdoor swimming pool, in-house massages and a restaurant serving European dishes. The location and views from the hotel are amazing. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food menghadap ke Lembah Sungai Douro yang indah. Ia terletak di dalam sebuah rumah desa yang bersejarah dan dikelilingi dengan taman dan ladang anggur. Great hospitality, perfect wine and food. I would recommend it for my friends.

Terletak di Mesão Frio, 15km dari Muzium Douro, Quinta Do Bosque menawarkan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran, tempat parking peribadi percuma, taman dan lounge berkongsi. This property was above all expectations. The staff is kind and friendly, it’s small ( I think 6-8 rooms) so not overcrowded. They prepare meals on site. It was absolutely charming and the « slow life » needed for this holiday! Highly recommend! 5 *****

Offering a restaurant, Quinta de Marrocos is located in Peso da Régua. Free WiFi access is available in this farm stay. The accommodation will provide you with air conditioning and a balcony. Charming vineyard with beautiful scenery by Douro-river. Very attentive and friendly staff and two amazing dogs. Be sure to include port tasting - it was fantastic to walk the wine fields, see the winery and hear about the production. We will definitely be back sometime!

Terletak di Peso da Régua, 6.5km dari Muzium Douro, Casa do Romezal menawarkan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran bermusim, tempat parking peribadi percuma, taman dan lounge berkongsi. Everything was perfect and we really liked our stay at Casa do Romezal. The location was gorgeous and the staff were really helpful. We can really recommend a stay here.

Quinta do Tedo is an award-winning agrotourism that provides accommodation with breakfast included. Very nice winery with an amazing view on the wine fields. Very big and comfortable room, just perfect. Opportunity to do a nice wine degustation and dinner at the winery is excellent too. We were lucky to come in the harvest season and could witness the wine making from the start, when the grapes arrive in trucks. Douro valley is a fantastic area and for sure one should stay in a winery to get the full experience.
