Hotel Anjo de Portugal’s bright rooms feature flat-screen TVs and work desks. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a bathtub in the en suite bathroom. Excellent location. In a quiet, safe neighborhood and yet very close and easy to get to the sanctuary. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. There is everything we need such as safety box, electric kettle. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of varieties. Dinner with good menu and delicious food. Server in the dining room is very pleasant, polite with good service. The setting and décor in the dining room is nice and pleasing. Will definitely go back to this hotel in future visits.

Set in the medieval Monastery of Nossa Senhora da Esperança, this charming boutique hotel features a restaurant serving traditional dishes from the Castelo Branco district. It is located on the slopes of Esperança Mountains. Breakfast was good, the location was superb. There was no elevator to the second floor which was a problem for one of us who had problems with the stairs. It would be good to make future guests aware that no elevator is available so first floor could be chosen as an option.

Set in Óbidos, near the medieval wall, Casa Picva is a charming old guest house with a garden. Free WiFi is available and public free parking is available on site.

This property is a 30-minute drive from Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Very clean and staff was 5-star. It is a modern hotel within a century building... It creates the comfort of modern facilities with the rustic art of old buildings. It has swimming pool. Hotel is outside Fundão in a very calm environment. Perfect to relax. Breakfast is also amazing.
