Everything from the staff, to the clean room, to the excellent breakfast. They even let us checking slightly earlier when the room became ready. Definitely one of the best price/quality ratio hotel I ever stayed at (out of 200+)

The railway carriage apartment was sumptuous and the whole place was very atmospheric with lots of old trains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the dinners also excellent. The bed linen was starched which also felt luxurious.
