All the staff are very friendly, especially the security guards who helped with my bags. Front desk team are very happy. Would highly recommend this place as it’s close to Ayala and 711 is just next door.

Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel offers comfortable accommodation by the white sands of Mactan Island. It features a private beach, 2 outdoor pools and massage treatments. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and nice, and the breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel when staying in Cebu 100%.

Our room was so big. It is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly. Granted our request for a lower floor. Lovely city view. Food is good. We will.definitely be back.
