Set on the beautiful beach of Holbox Island, this accommodation offers privacy within a walking distance from the town centre. Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a... Everything was great! Room was clean and huge, private beach was extraordinary. Food was very good (we tried also lunch and everything was super-good!) and staff very kind. Furthermore, the area is really quite compared to the center of the village. Extra facilities available on-site like small gym, pool (mainly for kids) and yoga/massage room were completing our amazing stay.

Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. Location is amazing. Quiet street close to the town centre. Staff was attentive and frendly. Good selection for breakfast. 2 swimming pools (one for aduls one for children). We stayed 5 nights in a bungalow, it was clean and comfy.

We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and were properly pampered. Amazing freshly cooked breakfasts on a balcony overlooking the beach, cocktails in the swim up bar (all made with fresh fruit and homemade syrups), and incredibly comfortable beds - the pillows are better than ours at home! The beach is far cleaner than some of the other hotels on the ideal, with very little seaweed. It's also in a great location, halfway between the town and the walk to Punta Mosquito, so it's really quiet. All the staff are fantastic, so kind and friendly and all speak wonderful English. The walk to town is about 15 minutes down the beach, or a taxi is about 5 minutes (150 pesos). We had a really excellent time.

Set on tropical Isla Mujeres island, this boutique hotel offers swimming pools, massage service and direct access to the Caribbean Sea. Some suites have a private balcony with sea views. Carlos the manager was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Casa Takywara menawarkan penginapan 4-bintang di Pulau Holbox dan mempunyai taman, kawasan pantai peribadi dan teres. Location was ideal - right on a beautiful part of the beach with very little seaweed, a short walk into town and out of the busy hustle and bustle touristy area. Room was big and very clean. Property was very well taken care of and staff were lovely.

This family-run hotel is located in front of the beach on the beautiful Holbox Island, just off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and stylish hut-style rooms. Beautiful throughout with friendly wonderful helpful staff

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. This was my 4th visit to Hotel Lunata in Playa del Carmen since 2002. On the surface, very little has changed over the years. In this case, that is a very good thing! Of course there has been some modernization in that time, such as very good WiFi for each room, however the warm and inviting room design, the friendly staff and the overall impression the hotel leaves have all not changed. We again had a very pleasant visit and were sad to leave. The breakfast is very basic with some cereals, tea, coffee and toast. It’s enough to get you going into the day, but it’s not a feast and is not the main focus of this boutique hotel. It is self-service in the Lunata natural garden, just like it was in 2002. We brought some fruits from the market and the staff offered to peel and cut the fruit for us. Fantastic service.
