We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. This is my second time at Hotel Lunata. I love the location & the staff. Even though it’s on 5th ave. If you stay in the garden rooms it’s very peaceful.

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

Absolutely loved our room decor and the quiet pool. Staff were very helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. Location might seem a bit sketchy in the evening, but we havent felt unsafe even late in the evening.

Location was amazing (very close to where our friend's wedding was happening, and right on 5th Ave where all the shops and restaurants are). The atmosphere of the hotel was very authentic and unique.
