A 15-minute drive from the city centre, Dar Tahra offers a large garden with an outdoor swimming pool, seating areas, lounges looking onto the garden and pool, 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi throughout. We are extremely happy that we chose to stay in this Dar instead of a regular hotel or apartment in the city center. Each morning, we enjoyed an exceptional breakfast in the garden. The garden is available to guests throughout the day and in the evenings. The room was spacious and clean, and the owners were kind and hospitable.

They are all air-conditioned and equipped with modern en suite facilities, plasma-screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access. Many of the rooms offer a panoramic view of the nearby lagoon. The staff at La Sultana were all super friendly, polite and happy and could not do enough for us to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Each room has a mobile where you can whatsapp the team and they reply within minutes and they are always happy to accommodate special requests or dietary requirements. The area was beautiful and there were lots of activities available for guests.

We enjoyed delicious dishes, but the tagine in particular was exquisite, one of the best we've ever tasted. Every meal was a true celebration of local flavors. The location is convenient which is close to the tram station and situated midway between the city center and the airport, which made getting around very easy.
