We stayed there in August, so it was pretty hot. But the patio with the pool was wonderful during the day to sit, relax, play and cool off. The Riad also was perfect to explore the Medina. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. We were really sad, that we only had four days in Fez and in the Riad.

The staff was very professional and guided us to several key points in the medina, without asking us for tips. Also, the riad was very quiet and clean, which was helpful for us since we had a baby. The room was perfect. The interior is staggering and very well maintained.

Wonderful staffs! Jusuf was amazing and so friendly and kind! He was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate and assist us with early breakfast and transportation when we had to catch an early train.
