Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool. We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

Set in the Fes El Bali district in Fès, Riad Sabah boasts a restaurant and free WiFi in all areas. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. Riad Sabah was really like an oasis when we walked inside after navigating the dark alleys of the medina. We were warmly greeted, and seated in the center courtyard- which was gorgeous! We were given mint tea and some delicious cookies while our paperwork was being done. (we are still looking to find more of those cookies!) Our bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and clean. (air conditioner worked great). breakfast was very lovely in the courtyard- with the fountains and the pool. You can also request to eat on the rooftop- which we forgot about. but it has a great view of the city. last- Mariem was super helpful- gave us many tips about the medina- and marked some things on the map for us. But she also suggested an excellent restaurant and called and made a reservation for us for dinner. (which was excellent- and the interior was incredibly beautiful!)

Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha & SPA offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market. The property is located at the entrance of the medina, in a very convenient position at less than 1 minute walk from a square with all services, and easily accessible by car. Both the room and the common areas were very clean and well-maintained. There's also a terrace that offers a beautiful view on the Medina. The breakfast was spectacular, abundant, and varied. But the real highlight of the property is Zohuir. Attentive and caring, always ready to help with anything. He allowed us to have dinner at the property on our first night since our flight arrived late, and the dinner was one of the best of our stay. Upon request, he can also help organising trips or other activities. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants to try, often personally accompanying us. It was a pleasure staying in this Riad and I would definitely recommend it!

In the historical part of Fes, Riad Braya features an indoor swimming pool in the patio, a seating area, a courtyard with Italian marble and Moroccan zellige tiles. The staf was amazing! Everyone was so nice and we felt really welcome.

Set in the Medina of Fès, just a 1-minute walk from the Batha Museum, Dar Al Madina Al Kadima offers guestrooms in a riad. Our stay here was everything we could have hoped. Our host Mohammed went above and beyond for every one of our needs. We are pleased to now be able to call him a friend. The roof top was always a delightful sanctuary. The location was also fantastic.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Staff were excellent. They arranged a English speaking guide for me and guide was excellent as well. For first time travelers staying in the Medina, get a guide for half a day. They show you all main parts of the Medina without getting lost, getting lost is part of the experience but to get most out your time. This isn't about Dar Attajalli itself but the experience of staying in the Medina. Due the Median having very narrow streets, cars can't drive to the Riad directly. Taxi takes you as close as possible to the Riad, from there a Porter in a buggy with take you and your luggage to the Riad. Since I had just arrived in Morocco, I didn't have small change, the staff paid the Porter and upon leaving when I tried to pay back, the staff didn't accept the fee for the Porter. Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. The one that makes a review +11 is the host, Mourad, who not only went out of his way with everything about the stay, but also shared information about customs and tips & tricks to find your way in the medina (like the shape of the street sign tiles; hexagon = dead end, square = pass through - no matter what the kids hanging around tells you). It is a riad in the medina, and as such it is fantastic. Yes - it is a maze to find it - but that's the medina, no matter if it is Fez or Marrakech.

Located in Fès Old Medina, Riad Rcif features traditional Moroccan décor, a hammam and a patio with a fountain. It is just an 8-minute walk from the ancient school, Bou Inania Madrasa. The riad is gorgeous! Spacious room, beautiful decor. The staff is fantastic, helped with everything I need. The spa was great, amazing hamman and massage. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, sitting on the terrace with a view of the city.
