Excellent, friendly staff. One morning, the bakery failed to deliver breakfast bread and pastries. The front desk sent me a message that breakfast might be a little late. She then literally ran to another bakery and solved the problem. She was so apologetic that she was not there for a few minutes after we came down for breakfast. My wife and I were actually very impressed with her amazing customer service.

For other meals you can also go to the adjacent restaurant, which has a lovely mexican menu or other options on the street. The hotel is close to means of transport, restaurants and you can easily get into the city center. The owner is very nice and attentive!

This hotel in Trier lies on the historic Römerbrücke bridge and faces the River Moselle. It has non-smoking rooms with satellite TV and free public parking. Right by the bridge and a short walk into town. My room was quiet, very clean, and modern. The bed was amazing as was the air conditioning.
