Located in Mirissa South, Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa - with 43 metre saltwater infinity pool offers an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre. It was absolutely fantastic very hard to find a hotel in Mirissa which actually looks like the actual pictures. This was the one to be at.

Offering a private beach and beach side restaurant, Beach Inns Holiday Resort is located in Matara. I had an excellent week at the hotel. Lovely and helpful stuff, quiet place (when low season) and comfortable rooms. Food is also great!!! I definitely recommend it :)

Featuring impressive ocean views and an outdoor swimming pool, Villa Atulya at Ocean's edge is set at the seafront in South Mirissa. The villa is beautiful. The rooms, open shared spaces, the furniture and art work are all tastefully down and help to make the villa like a beautiful home. The views from the second floor of the waves in the morning and evening are incredible. However, my favourite part was the pool and the garden. The pool is so refreshing and relaxing especially in the evening. There is a large lawn area with tables for breakfast if you wish and plenty of room to relax outside. The villa is about a 25 minute walk to the main swimming beach area along the busy main road, or you could take a 5 minute tuk tuk. I walked in and out on both days, multiple times and it was totally fine. I loved my stay here and I felt totally relaxed the whole time.

Handagedara Resort & Spa is a cosy property situated just 100 metres from the Mirissa Beach. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi access at all areas and tastefully furnished guestrooms. Lovely pool area & great staff - thank you for making me feel so welcomed!

Situated 1 km from whale watching at Mirissa Lagoon, Morning Star Guest House offers a spacious common living area with plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a seaview balcony. It was great being able to walk to Turtle Bay & Marissa Beach. There were restaurants on the beach. We were able to rent a mask to snorkel & see the turtles.
