Parking. Large room. Good public onsen. Overwall one of the better hotels we stayed in in Japan.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. The traditional Japanese room was exquisite and the views were to die for.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. this hotel is superb, wonderful location and cuisine.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. We loved the breakfast, and they were accommodating for food allergies (gluten). For dinner, they ordered food from local restaurants to be delivered directly to our room, since we missed dinner. The onsen bath was spectacular as well!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Beautiful hotel, with private and quiet rooms that were spacious and well kept. Close to the red bus stop 4, Ohashi Bridge and restaurants/supermarket. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They organised a taxi for us to get out to Chuerita Pagoda at the crack of dawn. The private onsen and breakfast were the highlights of our stay.

Fuji literally facing straight to our dinning table. It’s more quiet and close to nature compared to the main street hotels. We had a villa home for two nights which made the kids very excited! I have everything I need in the kitchen to whip up a quick breakfast and dinner.

A 7-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi, the 2-person cottages at Ururun have a quaint European charm and offer a spa bath with Mount Fuji views. Host lady has decent manner. House has perfect tastes. Beds etc were so nicely prepared.

K’s House Mount Fuji is a 19-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station. It offers simple accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a free-use kitchen and spacious lounge in the popular Mount Fuji area. Place was great, super friendly staff with a really good level of English. There are two big common places on the lower level.
