The air-conditioned rooms have tatami flooring and Japanese-style futon beds. Enjoyed the dinner and picturesque property provided by Nanten-en. It’s an old but well preserved ryokan nested in beautiful nature. Very thoughtful to have a humidifier that most properties don’t have!

Guests staying in the Club rooms have access to the exclusive Club Lounge. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.

Universal City Station is a 12-minute ride from JR Osaka Station via train, and a 20-minute ride from JR Shin-Osaka Station, where bullet train access is provided. The limousine bus service from Osaka International Airport to the property takes 45-minutes. From Kansai International Airport, the limousine bus will take 70-minutes. By car, it is around a 20-minute drive from Osaka via the Hanshin Express Way. Perfect hotel that is just a few steps away from Universal Studio and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I do plan to make another trip out and will be coming back to this hotel. 10/10

And there is a staff that can speak Thai 🫶🏻 also bread in morning is the best!! Crossant is no.1 but all 5 days we lived, we can catch only a crossant cuz its the best lol

Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant on the main floor was quite good as well.
