Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). I thought this would be just a nice sleepover place and nothing more but it is so beautiful and has a very unique traditional feel that it made our stay on the island so much better. You even get free breakfast/dinner if you don't have time to eat outside and depart early in the morning/ don't manage to fetch a table in a reataurant in the evening because there is limited amount of restaurants that are open in late evening or early morning. The whole house is very authentic and the family that runs the place also offers a little souvenir shop with super cheap prices of local souvenirs, some even locally handmade. Thr staff is super nice and the xommom areas welcoming to spend the evenings in game/living room. Also had beautiful garden and amazing views from the rooms right on the sea

There are only a few rooms, which makes it super private and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable. They even provide free coffee in the lobby. Location is superb, just 3min walking from the ferry port (but still super quiet and peaceful)

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. Beautiful property, excellent staff AND amazing dinner. Just incredible.

Situated in the south-eastern area of Hiroshima, Hotel Cycle offers a simple yet stylish accommodation with free WiFi access in all areas. The JR Onomichi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very stylish, and it has an amazing outdoor deck area by the seaside where you can sit and relax! The free good quality coffee and cookies are definitely a nice bonus! We spent a lot of time enjoying the coffee outside.

Located next to Kanayamacho Tram Station, Chisun Hotel Hiroshima is a 5-minute walk from shopping area Hatchobori. Free WiFi is available. The location and staff were amazing. The receptionist was very kind. They were happy to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could freely explore Hiroshima. The rooms were standard and the ammenities were nice!

With our multi-day Hiroshima Pass, easy to move around to Hiroshima's key attractions from the station. The memorable breakfast spread is fantastic, loved the food variety and options, which included beef steak slices as well. There's even soft ice-cream available, which for some hotels may only be reserved for dinners. They have a robot going around for patrons to place their used cutlery which many have fun doing so.
